Prices

• Bookings of three weeks or more attract a discount of £50 per week.
• Rental of property can commence and finish on any day.
• £100 deposit on booking non refundable.
• Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
• The house is a NO smoking environment.

Notes

• Prices are per week and are subject to change without notice. US Dollars are accepted at the prevailing exchange rate. (Confirmed bookings will not be subject to price increases).
• For bookings of less than one week please add a cleaning charge of £60 / $100.
• Discounts are available for long lets at owner's discretion.
• Price includes all local taxes (Sales Tax and Tourist Tax).
• Extras such as cots, highchairs and barbecues are available on request.

• A provisional booking may be held for seven days pending receipt of a completed booking form and payment of a deposit.
